Refunds & Exchanges
Here, at Specialty Trophies, we pride ourselves in providing products of the utmost quality. However, mistakes do happen and your satisfaction is our priority.
We DO honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
- Most items are delivered within three weeks of receipt. If there will be a delay, you will be contacted. If this is not acceptable to you, a full refund will be issued.
- quality concerns: If the product quality, or cresting/embroidery does not meet your expectations, a refund or exchange will be offered.
- cresting/embroidery error: if we make a mistake, we will exchange your item and redo it for you - free of charge. Please note that this may mean another three week wait period. If this is not acceptable, we will refund your purchase.
- product not-as-described: Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. Sample products are most often on hand and we are happy to share these with you to help you make a sound decision.

Requests for a refund are accepted via email within the period of 1 week after the order is delivered. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you have asked for a refund (or exchange). We value your opinion and want to make your experience a pleasant one. Your feedback is cruicial to help us to continue to excel in what we do.
